convenient location with small hiccup
balmain amenities superb housekeeping convenient location ferry trip
the room had amenities from balmain. housekeeping provided a superb service. the hotel location is very convenient near the wanchai ferry pier. i found it easy to enjoy a ferry trip to the ocean terminal for shopping.
during check-in, i needed to pay a deposit for the room though the refund to my bank card took longer than expected. i sent messages and called though there was no response.

the hotel is near the convention centre. i found many transportation options including the mtr around the hotel. commuting to kowloon island was easy using either the ferry or the subway.

the club lounge offered all day free-flowing champagne. the club offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes. there are many food options around the area! so i could explore different cuisines.

spacious room cleaning service electric kettle clump of hair
The room was spacious. A true luxury. the in-room cleaning service was perfect. Everything felt fresh throughout my stay.
I encountered an issue with the electric kettle in my room. It failed to power on properly. i noticed a clump of hair visibly stuck to the wall at eye level in the shower.

club lounge fine views attentive staff thoughtful service separate bookings unwelcoming porter missing smile luggage delivery long wait missing car door
the club lounge was a highlight. it has fine views. the staff throughout the hotel were attentive. they were very good too combine my separate bookings.
the porter was not very cute upon my arrival. he did not smile. luggage took a long time to be delivered. no one was outside to get the car door for me.
